This page explains what data is processed when you browse talantino.art, who processes it and what rights you have.

Who we are

The website talantino.art is run by Talantino, Vazrazhdane Complex, 30 Hristo Botev St, Burgas. For questions about personal data: talantinoburgas@gmail.com, tel. 0889 633 622.

In short

  • The site has no sign-up, no forms and no online payments – it does not ask you for any personal data.
  • We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you.
  • We use two Google services: hosting (Firebase) and bot protection (reCAPTCHA).

Hosting and technical data

The site, its photos and its texts are delivered by Google's Firebase service. As with any website, when you open a page your browser sends technical data – IP address, browser and device type, the page address and the time. Google processes it on our behalf to show the site and to protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify you.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google may process data outside the EU with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Visit counter and reCAPTCHA

On the home page we count visits. We keep only the total number, with no data about individual visitors.

To stop bots from inflating the counter, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. It loads once per session on the home page, after your first action or after 10 seconds. It sends Google information about your browser and device and about your actions on the page, to judge whether you are human. It may store technical data in your browser, and Google may use its own cookies. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site from automated abuse.

What we store in your browser

We have no cookies of our own and use no analytics, advertising or embedded social media content. The site stores in your browser only what it needs to work properly:

  • a note that your visit has already been counted (deleted when you close the tab);
  • the view you chose on the Backstage page;
  • the site's files (service worker), so that it loads faster and also works offline.

When you contact us

If you write to us or call us, we use your data only to reply to you and do not keep it longer than necessary.

External websites

The site links to social networks, Google Maps, media articles and ticket-selling websites. There, that website is responsible for your data under its own rules.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, or for its processing to be restricted. You can also object to the processing. Write to us at talantinoburgas@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Changes

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at its top.
